Dear Hit and Run Person,

You suck. Seriously. In the event you think your actions don't matter and that hitting a person's car (ahem, mine) in the middle of the night and then driving off without leaving even a note of apology, much less, insurance papers doesn't matter??? Well, you'd be wrong. Sorely wrong.
