oh no!
I'm sick *again*. Wth? Aren't I supposed to be a yoga teacher and stuff?
Speaking of which, I took almost a month off from going to class. Yep. I've been hiking and running instead, which of course just means that I'm really tight. I went to Tara's class on Saturday and felt like I'd regressed about 5 years. Then on Sunday I went to Tara's again, AFTER my friend and I went running. I don't recommend it unless you prefer standing over sitting.
The thing is I've been working a lot so it's hard to want to be inside (and I don't like yoga on the grass) during the spare moments that I have. Excuses though, homie. There's no substitute for practice. I know this. I just need reminding sometimes.

Running before yoga...I've made that mistake SEVERAL times.
