Guess What?!

Good news!  I got *another* rejection letter tonight!  And, another book!  This time both came in clear plastic wrapping so it wasn't like I thought I was getting accepted to a college I didn't know I applied to.   Anyway, there's promising news:  it gets easier.

Maybe it's the frequency -- two letters in as many days -- so it's hard to stay whiny when there's at least consistency.  Or maybe sometime between then and now I realized there are bigger things to worry about.  Like how to say, "I don't eat guts, but thanks," in Norwegian... since I'm going to Europe in TWO WEEKS!
