Ruth

Throughout the year and a half I've been writing this I've mentioned my friend Ruth a few times. I was referred to her just after my first Level 2 in 2004 and have been working with her ever since. When people asked what she did, I used to answer "Reiki" because I didn't know *how* to describe her energy work. (Though she is indeed also a Reiki master). And now almost eighteen months later I am not any closer to being able to explain her process, but I do know that she has had a huge impact on my life and my ability to live more consciously, more from my heart, and with much less fear.
In truth she needs no fancy descriptions or elaborate explanations b/c she is simply love incarnate.
